Sabine Dorsch - about me

Sabine Dorsch - about me

My name is Sabine Dorsch

I am a Hui Chun Gong teacher and a pupil of Madame Wang Li.

After enduring years of painful knee and shoulder joints, migraines, hay fever and allergies, which despite conventional medical treatment failed to show improvement, I was in search of alternatives. At first I encountered T’ai Chi Chuan (Yang-form), learning the short form as a pupil of Birgit Lichtenau in Regensburg. Through weekend seminars in Kloster Dietfurt on Zen meditation, with Toyo and Petra Kobayashi from Munich, I was – and still am – able to extend and deepen my knowledge of T‘ai Chi Chuan.

Through a newspaper advertisement I came across Madame Wang Li and Hui Chun Gong, and took part in a one-day seminar. Afterwards I exercised diligently and little by little my health improved. I became more flexible, had more energy and an overall better physical fitness. As a result I decided to participate in a training course for Hui Chun Gong teachers led by Madame Wang Li at the TCM and Qigong Training Centre in Bad Münstereifel, and to learn all of the 25 exercises. In the course of this training I learned to listen to and appreciate my body better, and to find my inner centre. I had found an effective way to bring myself physically and spiritually back into balance, day after day. The allergies have improved to the extent that I no longer need to take any medication. For these reasons I have resolved to pass on to others the knowledge of these 25 health-promoting exercises.

With warm regards
